How a repair runs
From intake to returned machine
Every machine follows the same three steps, so you know where it stands at each stage of the job.
Step 01
Intake
We log the make, model, and symptoms, and note what the machine was doing before it stopped.
Step 02
Diagnosis
The engine, pump, or cutter is inspected and tested to find the fault before any part is quoted.
Step 03
Overhaul
Repairs, carburetor overhauls, and sharpening are completed, with genuine replacement parts fitted where needed.
